Insomnia and Nightmares*Insomnia and Nightmares
Perchance to dream!

Approximately 30% of adults suffers from insomnia at any one time. For some it is a dreadful, chronic condition which can lead to mental health problems and drug addiction.

Hypnotherapy will work with the unconcious mind to relax the mind and condition it into falling asleep more easily. We also teach the patient self hypnosis which they can use to help themself fall asleep at night.

There are also hypnotic methods that deal with conversion of nightmares and assist those interested in dreams and their meanings to use dreams to proactively improve aspects of their lives.

Patients report improved sleep after a reflexology treatment often when they have sought help for several long standing complaints. Reflexology balances the entire nervous system, calming and soothing nerve endings, promoting rest and relaxation.

Sleep patterns can be greatly improved through Acupuncture also, refreshing the patient and in doing so helping them along the path to recovery.
